This Privacy Notice for Isaac Fajardo Gregorio ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information when you use our services, including when you download and use our mobile application NightVis.
NightVis is an augmented reality application that utilizes your device's Camera and LiDAR sensors to generate real-time 3D scans, point clouds, and depth maps. We prioritize your privacy by keeping sensor processing strictly on-device.

NightVis requires access to your device's Camera and LiDAR sensor (TrueDepth API) to function. This access is strictly used to render real-time augmented reality visualisations and construct 3D meshes/point clouds.
We offer optional in-app purchases (Ad-Free for $0.99 and Pro for $2.99). We do not collect or store your payment information. All payment data is securely handled, processed, and stored directly by Apple via StoreKit.
We automatically collect certain information when you use our Services for ad-serving purposes (on the free tier) and basic app analytics. This does not reveal your specific identity and includes:

If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on Consent (you may withdraw it by changing your device settings for Camera/Ads) and Legal Obligations. If you are in Canada, we process with your express or implied consent.
We only share information with third parties in the following situations:
The free version of NightVis includes third-party advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads. You may opt out of personalized ads via your iOS device's Privacy & Tracking settings. If you purchase the Ad-Free ($0.99) or Pro ($2.99) in-app purchases, all ad tracking and serving SDKs are disabled.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary. Since all 3D scan data is stored locally on your device, you control how long it is kept. You may delete your recordings directly within the app or by deleting the application.
Because your spatial and camera data never leaves your device, it is inherently protected by Apple's iOS security architecture. For basic analytics and ad-serving, we use industry-standard encryption.
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18. Contact us if you believe we have collected such data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights including accessing, rectifying, or erasing your data. Because we do not store your data on our servers, any request to delete your scans can be fulfilled by you directly on your device. We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals, as no uniform standard has been finalized. However, we fully respect iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompts regarding targeted advertising.
Residents of specific US states (e.g., California, Colorado, Virginia, etc.) may have additional rights under state law. We have not sold your personal information to third parties. We do utilize third-party ad networks (Google) which may be considered "sharing" under certain state laws; you can opt out via your device settings or by purchasing the Ad-Free tier.
