Task Flow is a clean, focused productivity app for managing your tasks, habits, and goals — all in one place. Organize tasks into custom categories, set priorities, schedule due dates, and get reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Yes. We offer features powered by artificial intelligence through third-party AI Service Providers, including 01.AI. Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with these providers to enable AI features (such as text analysis) as outlined in this Privacy Notice.

You must not use our AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

If you register or log in using a third-party social media account, we receive certain profile information (such as your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture) from that provider. We keep Category B personal information for as long as you have an account with us. When we no longer have a legitimate reason to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it.

Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. Please only access the Services within a secure environment.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor who consents to their use of the Services. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will deactivate their account and delete the data.
