1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Task Flow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Task Flow is a personal productivity application. You may use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Task Flow offers optional premium features through in-app purchases processed by Apple's App Store:
- Monthly Subscription — billed monthly, auto-renews unless cancelled
- Annual Subscription — billed yearly, auto-renews unless cancelled
- Lifetime Purchase — a one-time purchase, not a subscription
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings at Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Free Tier Limitations
The free version of Task Flow includes limited features. Certain features — including unlimited categories and habits, repeating tasks, color customization, emoji and color icons, habit steps, and data export/import — require an active Premium subscription or Lifetime purchase.
5. Data & Privacy
Task Flow stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Data will never be lost (we recommend backing up your device)
- The App will meet your specific requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Task Flow and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
